Country Megaticket

So last summer I went to my first concert

 

I saw Mr. Jason Aldean & Chris Young (:

I swear it was one of the funnest days of my life - I didn't get the full experience of a country concert with tailgating pre-concert, but me and the girls did chill by my car drinking a couple beers before going in! I wasn't as big of a country music fan then as I am now, but I had such a good time at this concert! I ate nachos with jalapeno peppers that burnt my tongue so bad my eyes got so teary and nose got so runny, but that was okay because it was raining and I LOVE rain and being rained on and I love my mouth being burnt with spicy food! I totally sound like I'm being sarcastic, I'm not! I'm just a weirdo! LOL. I don't know who that guy is that we were with or his purpose of looking like that, but we ran up to him asking if we can get a picture with him!

Ya, I would be holding a water bottle for pictures! LOL

Being that I got my ticket to that concert online, Cruzan Amphitheater in West Palm still emails me all the time with updates of who's going to be playing! Today they emailed me about the Country Megaticket. There's going to be so many Country artists preforming from May until October and for $799 gold member or $149 lawn, I think it's an amazing deal. Of course I would take the lawn because I think lawn seating is a much fun experience. Well unless of course you're crazy about the artist. If Taylor Swift comes to Florida, I'll be in the front row. Or backstage.

I unfortunately wont be purchasing a Megaticket because my job would never let me get that many Saturdays off! I do plan on attending one or two of the concerts! I wanted to let you country music lovers in Florida know about this though - megatickets are on sale now. Presale starts February 9th at 10am and ends February 9th at 10pm to see these concerts:

American Idol Thoughts #9

The finale was simply AMAZING. I've never seen an ending like this before. It was beautiful. I was going to talk about JLO and Marc Anthonys performance and I was also going to talk about Lady gaga and the Beyonces song but let me get to the point. SCOTTY MCCREERY is our American Idol. I expected this but seeing it just touched my heart. The way he sang his song and reacted was just priceless. How he broke down at the end. Did you see him and Lauren kiss? Then I love you baby? Then Lauren kissing his cheek a bunch of times. If they're a couple, then they've became my favorite couple. Gosh, I love him and her both <3 Congratulations Scotty baby!!

American Idol Thoughts #8

Oh my gosh did y'all see the death stare Haley gave when she got voted off? LOL and when Lauren turned to hug her, she just stood there! Staring like "You're in the finals and I'm not?" kind of stare. Then the camera went away from them and then back and they were hugging. You could tell she was surprised it wasn't her. Some aspects of her personality totally sucked - For instance when they showed her going to her hometown and her overly excited fans were happy to see her she acted so sarcastic about everything "thank you.... for freaking out" and when the judges would tell her something other then praising her, she would give that famous death stare she does. She smiled when contestants would be going home. She just wasn't a sentimental person. That's fine but at least act like you care. People like people who care. I really thought in the end she would be the american idol. It was actually surprising that my two favorites are who will be competing next week. 

 1.) Scotty Mccreery

You're too cute and I will forever say that. Loved seeing you reunite with your home town and when Josh Turner appeared on stage with you I love the way you reacted. Even though you sounded perfect singing it, you had the whole attitude like you felt stupid singing his song. It was too cute.

 2.) Lauren Alaina

Love the way you acted when you visited your home town. Loved the way you felt seeing the little boy who saved his brother. Loved the sadness you showed when you saw the damage from the tornadoes. I'm not saying I love your sadness, I just love how you have a heart and that's what America needs as an Idol. Someone who cares. Although I think Scotty is going to win, I do hope you go far, too. I hoped came down to the both of you.

American Idol Thoughts #6

Happy Mothers day to all the moms out there. Today is three days from when I usually post these A.I blog posts, but better late than never. Jacob Lusk went home on Thursday night. It was expected though. Good for him that he made it as far as he did. I knew he wouldn't make it to the top and I knew it would get down to these four people. Who do you think will be going home next week? My guess is Haley or Lauren. Instead of writing a little review, I will simply put them in order of who I think is going to win to who I think will be leaving next.

American Idol Thoughts #5

CASEY ABRAMSSSS left the show last night. Ryan kept saying how it would be a surprising night. How is that surprising? Surprising would be Scotty, Lauren, James even Haley. My point is they made it sound like one of them was going home. Ehh, Casey going home wasn't even worth a Facebook rant. Which I was SO ready to post if someone "surprising" went home. He was going crazy on his farewell song. He started kissing every girl and spinning on his butt. I think he knew the results beforehand and took some acid. Did you see how he turned to Haley when he sang that final verse of "your mine"? I thought that was cute, for them!

Oh Scotty, I was terribly horrified that you would be leaving us tonight. You're not ready to go home, you're winner/bottom two material. You're a lovely singer. It's crazy how it's getting down to the ones I think are the best. This week I didn't vote, but next week I shall. A bunch of times.

2.) Lauren Alaina

Lauren Lauren Lauren I love you!! You're adorable! I can't believe you're only 16. You're like a Southern belle. It was so cute when Miley walked in and you were so happy to meet your idol! Your singing is great. Definitely radio material.

3.) James Durbin

You're total rock star status!! James Durbin, I can hear you rocking out on the radio but I wouldn't be able to tell if you're you or Adam. You both rock though!

4.) Jacob Lusk

I think you're personality is adorable and you're singing is like my choir. I see Broadway though when I see you.

5.) Haley Reinhart

I'm actually starting to like you. I listened to the song you sang by Adele last week, on Youtube quite a few times last night.

:( My Stefano got voted off *tear* I have nothing else to say.

The judges were like putting you down last night. It was sad. I thought for sure you would be in the bottom three because of that but you still haven't been. That's great!

2.) Lauren Alaina

You and Scotty= Last two standing. I'll keep voting for the both of you for the weeks to come, as much as I can.

3.) James Durbin

He's a great singer, a great look, a great personality. I guess it doesn't matter he's so much like Adam. I think the bottom four will include him, Haley, Lauren and Scotty

I don't know what happened. I liked him at first, but it's like he's changed.

When it came down to you in Stefano, although I LOVED Stefano. I was trying to but failed to imagine Idol without you.

"Haley you are in the bottom the bottom three"--"Haley you are safe" In the same sentence. *Haley high fives Casey* GAG. It doesn't matter anymore. She's pretty. She can sing. She's a good performer. Her attitude can go.

American Idol Thoughts #3

From now on these American Idol entries wont be more then a few sentences since the last two I did basically tells you how I feel about each of them. Paul wasn't my favorite but I did think he was cute. So my eyes did get teary when he had to say goodbye!

I voted for you, Lauren, and Stefano last night. Not that you needed my vote. Everybody loves you but I'm going to keep voting.

2. Stefano Langone

Thank God my vote mattered because I sat here and voted about 20 times for you. It's not even your singing, I just think you're cute! Haha superficial much? You do sing good though.

3.) Lauren Alaina

The same as I said about Scotty, Girl you are an amazing singer. I recently read an article online that Scotty and you are the two with the highest votes. I hope you get far.

4.) James Durbin

Amazing singer, and your looks aren't bad either but you're developing this cocky attitude that might not be good in the long run.

5.) Casey Abrams 

How you weren't in the bottom three beats me. Last night during you're song, you reminded me of a snake charmer, you've become so cocky since you were SAVED.

6.) Jacob Lusk

Still not very memorable for me. But that doesn't mean I think you're bad, I think you're really good when I actually listen, just I forget quickly. But you're not the only one.

7.) Haley Reinhart

You're becoming miss conceded yourself. To tell you the truth, I didn't watch you from the beginning so maybe you've been that way from the start. Stop it! If you would just take constructive criticism you'll make it far. You've got it. Just try.
